RoofWebs Discontinues Self-Managed Websites

Over the course of 15 years serving roofing contractors, we have noticed that a very high percentage who purchase a website never find the time to maintain them. Lack of maintenance leads to broken sites, server slow-downs, security risks and mounting expenses. Additionally, the loss of the investment made by the contractor is a waste of the resource and value we initially set out to provide. In 2021 we decided to offer a subscription service that presented a lower cost of entry, and includes ongoing maintenance to take that off your to-do list and give you the peace of mind that it is just taken care of, whether you think about it or not.

Fast forward to 2022 and we are realizing that almost all of our new clients are choosing our Fully Managed Option. A decision has been made to discontinue the Self-Managed versions of our sites, and we are also discontinuing all pre-written websites. Every website we build will be custom designed and built from scratch, with every word and image optimized based on best on-page SEO practices.

As explained to each of our clients in the past, pre-written content is never the best foundation for search engine optimization. For the best results, new content should be written specifically for the contractor, the services they provide, and the areas in which they work. Our new offerings will do just that, with a considerable amount of emphasis being placed on a good, solid foundation for SEO.

New Roofing Website Pricing Packages:

When we roll out the new pricing and package options, each will involve a setup fee and a monthly payment you will commit to for 24 months. During that time, we will build a new custom website for your company, we will write every word of the text, and we will provide stock images (or you can use your own.)

Beginning July 1st, We Will Only Offer Three Packages:

Level 1 – 10 Page Custom Website – Setup Fee of $695 plus $295 monthly. 

Level 2 – 20 Page Custom Website – Setup Fee of $695 plus $395 monthly.

Level 3 – 35 Page Custom Website – Setup Fee of $1295 plus $495 monthly.

Note: All packages require a 24-month commitment. Once completed, if you elect to sign a new contract, we’ll redesign your website at no additional cost. You may also choose to move to new hosting, or stay on one of our Care Plans for continued ongoing maintenance.
