We Take Your Account Security Seriously:

RoofWebs will only answer questions about an individual account that are sent from the original account holder's email or phone number. If you are a current account holder and wish to authorize someone other than yourself to make decisions concerning your account, you may do so by following the instructions shown below. Remember that by doing so, you are agreeing to be responsible for any charges that the authorized user incurs for your account.

To Add An Authorized User:

Simply email us (from the account holder email address) using the sample email below, filling in all requested information. Any attempt to add a user representative from another email will not be responded to. Once added to your account, that user may make changes, order products and services and incur charges based on their requests.

Sample Email to Add Authorized User: (Must be submitted from the email account on file.)

Please ADD the following user to my account. I understand that this authorized user will have full autonomy to make decisions and changes regarding my account. I further understand that any fees incurred for changes to my account and/or reversal of those changes made by the authorized user shall be paid in full by me, the account holder. I hereby remove all need for further authorization for this user, and hold harmless 5443 Media, their representatives, and/or subsidiaries for any and all damages incurred due to decisions made by the authorized representative requested below.

Note: All fields must be submitted in writing via the email account shown on your account. We do not accept requests via telephone or text message.

To Remove An Authorized User:

There are many reasons why you would wish to remove an authorized user. In order to remove an authorized user, send the following email and information from the account holder's email:

Note: The original account holder cannot be removed from an account by an authorized user under any circumstances.

Transferring An Account to A New Owner:

If your business is being transferred to a new owner or your website has been purchased, we have specific guidelines that must be followed. The original account holder will need to contact us for instructions.
