How do I Request a Refund?

If you wish to have your deposit refunded prior to the commencement of any project, please contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to help.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you may do so by returning the item in it's original packaging in re-sellable condition within 7 days. Custom printed items and/or custom designs may not be returned and refunds are not given for custom work, once the design process has begun.

Instances when a Refund is Unavailable:

Any custom design work that has begun will be prorated at the actual time we have spent on the item's development. Completed custom items are non-refundable.
